​This was my family’s second stay at this beautiful home this time we came back for a full week and it’s just truly the most stunning property and we wish we could live here! We spent every day walking to the beach and enjoying all the local restaurants and cooking in the beautifully well stocked kitchen and eating in the peaceful surroundings. Francesca and Monica and Martin make sure you have absolutely everything you need and are the most gracious hosts. Simply amazing!​

​Francesca's beautiful home is absolutely a 5 star stay! The setting is breathtakingly picturesque, with lovely outdoor spaces to relax in and watch the changing colours of the sea, and stunning view of Tavolara island. It feels like your own private paradise, with no neighbors in view, just the trees and birds and the sea. A great location, walking distance to lovely beaches, and there are some nice restaurants just a short drive away. However, we preferred to cook meals at home as we did not want to leave the view! The home is very well equipped and beautifully furnished, with lots of detail and attention. Francesca was a great host - we received a lovely welcome basket on arrival, and she was available to answer all our questions. I highly recommend this beautiful property for a relaxing return to nature, and plenty to do in the surrounding area.​

The house is beautiful and spacious, and the setting, garden, and views are simply stunning. The changing colors of Tavolara as the sun sets are magical. The feel is really of a charming family vacation house, not a rental. We were a group of 6 with 3 boys, and had all the space we needed. You can reach many beautiful beaches nearby in just a few minutes’ walk, and in June they are virtually empty, especially during the week. Monica and Martin take care of any request immediately. ​​We had a week stay, with our two daughters in Porto Istana Seaview Villa. It was the best holiday week! The house is lovely, the view is amazing, the garden beautiful. It was the end of April, the weather was great, and life went into holiday mode immediately. Beautiful beaches within walking distance. Lovely restaurants in the area. Francesca, Monica and Martin took great care in making sure our stay was perfect. If we get the chance we will go back for sure.

Perfectly secluded with stunning views of the sea and towards Tavolara. Especially peaceful, particularly with the soft early morning light. Lovely beaches 10-15 minutes' walk away. The path can be a little overgrown in places, but the reward is fewer people and delightful small bays.

We had a fantastic week in Villa Castanza, just renovated, the villa is very cozy, we felt at home! the view from the terrace and the garden is outstanding, we have enjoyed walking to the beaches, Francesca gave us great tips for restaurants and thinks to do!

Francesca’s place is a fantastic find, a charming house with character, spacious bedrooms, luscious garden and that beautiful panoramic view of the sea that we never get tired of looking and enjoying its crystal clear water with white sandy beach. Although sun is shining the wind is a bit nippy. We felt very much at home since arriving. The garden bedroom is brilliant but internet/wifi connection is very poor. So out with our books and board games! The shower outside in the garden is definitely a welcome change but can’t help feeling conscious from would be prying eyes - there was none! We could do with a bigger kitchen to prep our food but it is well equipped. Overall it has been a very enjoyable stay and my family and I will definitely come back to this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
