We had a fantastic week in Villa Castanza, just renovated, the villa is very cozy, we felt at home! the view from the terrace and the garden is outstanding, we have enjoyed walking to the beaches, Francesca gave us great tips for restaurants and thinks to do!

La comunicación y disponibilidad de Francesca y Martín hace que todo sea genial. El plus: una hermosa playa poco conocida a pasos de la casa. Ojalá volvamos!

Francesca’s place is a fantastic find, a charming house with character, spacious bedrooms, luscious garden and that beautiful panoramic view of the sea that we never get tired of looking and enjoying its crystal clear water with white sandy beach. Although sun is shining the wind is a bit nippy. We felt very much at home since arriving. The garden bedroom is brilliant but internet/wifi connection is very poor. So out with our books and board games! The shower outside in the garden is definitely a welcome change but can’t help feeling conscious from would be prying eyes - there was none! We could do with a bigger kitchen to prep our food but it is well equipped. Overall it has been a very enjoyable stay and my family and I will definitely come back to this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved our stay here and wish we booked it for longer! What an incredible view and absolutely beautiful ground. We explored Olbia during the day, but loved coming back to this peaceful villa. Francesca was very communicative and let us know that Monica would be greeting us. Monica was wonderful, and so was her husband Martin. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Villa in a fabulous location. There is lots to see and do all within walking distance, especially some beautiful swim spots!

The place is exactly as the pictures show.

Francesca was very lovely & responsive and Martin & Monica were so friendly and helpful through the check in and during our stay if we needed anything. The garden is gorgeous and such a lovely spot to spend time with friends, we could have stayed for weeks!

Thank you, Francesca for sharing your lovely home with us in our week on Sardinia! We would definitely recommend the home and hope to come back again and stay longer!
Highlights:

- Francesca had excellent and prompt communication and very good local tips for restaurants and activities

- Martin and Monica made us feel welcome and were very helpful during our stay

- The views! We cancelled some of our plans just to stay local and enjoy the views from the patio. Morning, afternoon, and evening were all breathtaking

- Walking distance to local beaches. We really liked the quieter, less crowded beaches that can be reached by a short walk from the house

- Nearby water activities. Porto San Paolo was nearby and offered boat rentals and sailing excursions as well as wonderful gelato!

- Separate garden bedroom. This worked perfectly to offer my daughter and her husband some privacy during our stay. The outdoor bath was enjoyed as well!

The views are priceless even better than the pictures, if any one is looking for views then this is the place to be. Support team Martin and Monica are on stand by, if anything is needed they supplied fresh eggs and fresh tomatoes from their garden. Really beautiful peaceful villa, very well positioned to visit the neighboring towns and beaches. The whole familly loved it . Would really love to visit Francesca's villa again and highly recommend it.
